The ADwin-Light-16 is a powerful real-time system in a very compact design for a reasonable price. ADwin-Light-16 offers capabilities similar to the ADwin-Gold system, including a fast local CPU and analog and digital inputs/outputs on a single system but with a reduced number of channels. Based on one common design, there are three different versions: a PCI plug-in board, a Euro-size plug-in board, and an external system in a robust metal enclosure. It is designed as a reasonably priced solution for applications with a limited number of I/Os. Because of its compact design, the ADwin-Light-16 system is ideal for OEM applications.
