When used with a computer and an IEEE-488 interface, the Model 6524 software provides a visual overview of the Alternating Polarity resistance measurement method and makes it easy to select the most appropriate parameters (Measure Time, Offset Voltage, Alternating Voltage, and number of Readings to Discard) for the Model 6517A's enhanced resistivity mode. The 6524 Package Includes Four Programs: Hi-R Test, Hi-R Step Response, Hi-R Sweep, Hi-R with Temperature and Relative Humidity vs. Time. Minimum System Requirements: Pentium Class processor running Windows 98, NT, 2000 or XP and an IEEE-488 (GPIB) Interface card from Keithley, CEC or National Instruments. The Model 6524 software is written in TestPoint. The software can be modified or customized by using the TestPoint development package, available as an accessory. |
