Uptime Programs

Minimize your downtime. Many Keithley products are used in applications where uptime is critical. We know how important speed of service is to you, and we are proud of our ability to consistently deliver fast turnarounds. However, we also know that there are occasions where you simply cannot afford to be without your Keithley product. To address this need, we have developed two programs to allow you to get your operation up and running sooner and maximize your asset utilization.

Instrument Loaner Program
Through our loaner program, available on selected instruments, we can provide an immediate, short-term replacement product at a nominal cost while your unit is out of service for calibration or repair.

Express Service
Our express service option is available for a nominal cost and is offered on most products. It provides you with “next on bench” service and a guaranteed faster turnaround time.
