An upgrade of the initial basic one year warranty to the Service Plus Contract coverage. This upgrade provides:

• Technical phone response of less than two hours.
• Overnight shipment of parts.
• On-site response of Keithley Field Engineer in less than one business day.
• Semi-annual PM and calibration.
• Installation of field change orders and software updates.

This upgrade is available only at the time of system purchase.
