Our worldwide network of service centers offers fast turnaround on calibration of all Keithley instruments. These laboratories are fully staffed and equipped to provide calibration services traceable to national and international standards.

With these extensive capabilities, you can be confident that your instruments will be calibrated to their original specifications.


Types of Calibration

Keithley offers two types of calibration. Our Standard Calibration includes a calibration certificate that verifies that your product meets its original performance specifications. Our Calibration with Data, available on most products, includes a calibration certificate that verifies that your product meets its original performance specifications, and a data report indicating "before" (as found) and "after" (as left) data. All measurements are traceable to the appropriate national and international standards organizations. Upon request, calibration procedures for most Keithley products can be performed in compliance with calibration standards MIL-STD-45662A and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, which also support the requirements of ISO-9000.


Calibration Contracts (Available only in US)

Keithley calibration contracts are a simple, economical way to ensure that your Keithley products are consistently performing at their best. The contracts are available for selected products, both new and previously purchased, and are offered in 3-year and 5-year durations. Advantages include ease of ordering, automatic notification of when equipment is due for calibration, and lower prices than per-incident calibration. Calibration aligns these components to a standard of known accuracy, thereby ensuring that your instrument is making accurate, repeatable readings. Repair Services

Our staff of experienced service technicians can provide fast factory repair service, using exclusively authorized components and modules. The repair price includes the cost of calibrating the unit to restore it to its original factory specifications. Each repair is backed by a 90-day warranty. We can provide repair service on many obsolete models, depending on availability of parts.
